Documents Required:
1- Machine readable Pakistan Passport valid up to 20 FEB 2019.
2- Valid NADRA CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
3- Form ‘B’ for children issued by NADRA.
4- Six photographs (4*3cm) with light blue background.
5- Blood group of Hajj applicant.
6- Next of Kin’s (Waaris) valid NADRA CNIC with contact number and relation.
7- Medical attestation on the form by an authorized medical office
8- BioMetric must be applied by the applicant for the Hajj-2018 from Etimaad office.
9- Hajj performed 1436, 1437, 1438 will be charged 2000 Saudi Riyal additional as per the Saudi Govt. Policy.
